Overview

Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania.

Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.

Lutheran Service Society is a nonprofit human services provider with the mission to empower our neighbors to lead independent, dignified, and secure lives. Programs include adoption and foster care, Meals on Wheels, senior centers and affordable housing.

Provides administrative support for the LSS Center at the Mall. Involvement in communicating with and providing direction to the various sites and programs of LSS in a variety of areas ranging from administrative procedures, financial record keeping, IT, communications, communicating with various county officials, and maintenance of office supplies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office products); knowledge of operation of office machines.
