Job Description
The Practice Manager is responsible for ensuring that the practices provide excellent customer service, hiring and training staff, managing budgets and payments, and organizing records. This role engages with the home office team and the doctors and staff at the practices to uphold our culture and values.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements
Working conditions include those typically seen in a practice environment; On-site, inside of our practices (no remote work available). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
