Job Description:

• Technology Focused - Ability to help
• Manage schedule and ensure executive member is in meetings timely
• First line of customer service for executive member, interacting with other executives and community.
• Responsible for special project coordination of key strategic initiative work, monitoring and driving timelines/deliverables.
• Provide technical assistance on Administration processes and protocols, such as completing travel documents and correspondence.
• Responsible for developing/monitoring budget items including Purchase Orders, event approvals, and PCards.
• Manages hiring, onboarding, and offboarding support.
• Provides event planning support and fiscal oversight.

Additional Skills/Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience supporting high level executive.
• Overnight availability
