Lumbee Tribe Enterprises, LLC (LTE) is Hiring a Logistics Analyst IV (Logistics Analyst) Near Quantico, VA

Position TitleLogistics Analyst IV (Logistics Analyst)Work LocationQuantico, VA Position DescriptionThe Logistics Analyst will support the Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS) be assigned to directly support to the PEO LS Assistant PEO LS Logistics (APEO LS Logistics) and APEO LS Logistics staff. The Logistics Analyst will provide support with regards to coordinating efforts for the PEO members, capturing findings and recommendations, and assisting with the overall implementation of a comprehensive logistics management agenda. The efforts will be coordinated based upon prioritized PEO-level initiatives as identified by the Government APEO LS Logistics. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for developing, recommending, and providing logistical analysis in support of acquisition strategies, documents, policy development for the respective areas of interest, analysis of PEO program execution and updates to the PEO and staff. The Logistics Analyst will also be responsible for support to required milestones in the assessment and preparation of logistical plans, approaches, and documentation reviews and coordination with key stakeholders.Responsibilities
  • Provide logistics analysis to support PEO program objectives.
  • Provide logistics support and assess current program support activities and supportability initiatives.
  • Review program logistics acquisition documentation and provide constructive and critical comments that enhance final products.
  • Assist in the development of materials in support of PEO LS PMRs, Program Supportability IPT meetings, Systems Engineering Technical Reviews and provide value added recommendations to address supportability and sustainment total life cycle management.
  • Support ILAs, Pre-ILA Risk Assessments, as a product support subject matter expert; review documents, provide recommendations, identify deficiencies, and provide mitigation plans to APEO LS Logistics.
  • Conduct special studies and provide summary report(s) as required.
  • Provide administration and graphics support for presentations and briefing materials as requested.
  • Assist APEO LS Logistics and PMOs in developing certifications for quarterly Military Equipment Valuation workbook reviews.
  • Draft meeting minutes and perform miscellaneous administrative support as required by APEO LS Logistics
  • Participate in Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM), MCSC, HQMC, DASN and OSD level working groups and IPTs as requested, representing APEO LS Logistics.
Develop, provide input, and submit for review, documentation required to meet contract obligations 
Education
  • Bachelor in Business Administration or related field w/ 10-14 years or 15 years of experience
  • Proficiency with the following programs is required:
    • Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS)
    • Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC)
    • Wide Area Workflow/Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance, and Property Transfer (WAWF/GFP)
    • Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)
    • Electronic Data Access (EDA)
    • Web Federal Log Information System (WebFLIS)
    • The Best Ever Analyst Software Tool (B.E.A.S.T.)
    • Enterprise Ground Equipment Management System (EGEMS)
 
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint and Power BI
