Job Summary

Luma Hardwoods is a boutique importer of exotic hardwood products. We specialize in 100% French Oak, 100% European Made products. The main clientele we work with are trade but on occasion we will have retail clients who are looking for flooring needs.

Luma Hardwoods is looking for an entry level part time to full time project coordinator/manager that we can train to lead or manage a portfolio of small to large sized projects. This position collaborates with and coordinates across all functions of the business to ensure the project is in alignment with business objectives. This person will be responsible for achieving the project objectives and timeline within the scope of the project guidelines. Additionally, informing teammates daily with updates in all areas of projects so all are informed and aware of what the project is needing to stay on target.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities :

• Follow up and manage projects
• Sample up keep and maintenance
• Account management with one of more accounts
• Vendor management and directly coordinate logistics with owner
• Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• At least 2 years of successful project management experience
• Self-motivated, fast-paced and minded individuals
• Detail oriented and highly organized as you will be managing multiple projects/tasks at once
