Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Middle Tennessee Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with driving sales, managing customer relationships, providing training efforts, and sales management.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven sales experience
- One year minimum roofing sales experience
- Sales management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to climb on roofs for inspections and load 75 pounds of materials at a time
- Able to work in CRM software
Relevant Skills: Ability to work under pressure, strong negotiation skills, attentiveness, ability to multitask, strong problem-solving skills.
