HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM(Overview & Key Responsibilities):

The Industrial Sales Manager will lead, develop, and manage a high-performing Industrial Sales Team for our family-owned business. The position is directly accountable to execute the sales and margin business plans as it pertains to the profit and loss statement. This position will be responsible for growth primarily in the Wisconsin (WI) region, with the potential to change to additional added state territories.

  • Function within the guidelines of the Lube-Tech culture and principles including the ability to work on cross-functional and multi-location teams.
  • Take ownership of technology and product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise (SME) in industrial lubricants, metal-working fluids, and water-based chemistry.
  • Serve as an SME in industrial applications, staying abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and upcoming regulatory requirements.
  • Represent Lube-Tech with distinction at customers engagements, trade shows, and industry standard committees, fostering strong relationship and brand presence.
  • Drive expansion by identifying and developing new channels for Lube-Tech products within both regional and national borders.
  • Provide valuable insights into the need for and implementation of new test equipment, test procedures, and other relevant enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Application Engineers to strategically expand products and services with accounts, both directly and indirectly, ensuring a comprehensive approach to customer satisfaction and business growth.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.

Experience and/or Training 7 years related sales and management experience. Preferably in industrial lubricants, metal cutting fluids, metal cutting tooling, or within customer industries.

Licenses/Certificates Valid driver’s license and proven safe driving record.

Technology/Equipment Experience with CRM & ERP software, Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills related to pivot tables and data analysis
