LPX Group is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Louisville, KY

Job Description

The Office Administrator will coordinate and manage administrative activities that support and foster a professional office environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greets guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Oversees telephone services, scheduling of conference rooms, mail distribution, postage equipment, etc.
  • Acts as a liaison with the postal service and shipping services for both inbound and outbound shipments. 
  • Supports our colleagues to organize and facilitate office activities and functions to maintain efficiency.
  • Assists accounting and other colleagues with their assigned duties.
  • Assists team members with office supply needs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. 
  • Ability to function well in a high paced environment.
  • Full understanding of how to operate standard business equipment including postage, laminating, printers, scanners, and plotters.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite related business programs.

Education and Experience:

  • HS diploma or GED required; Associates degree in office administration, communications, marketing or relevant work experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer 
  • Must be able to life up to 50 pounds at times.
