Lowry Hills Care and Rehabilitation is looking for a Maintenance Assistant /Driver is responsible for performing general maintenance duties around the facility and to transport residents to and from their scheduled appointments
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the residents, guests and staff members
- Ensuring that maintenance schedules are followed
- Report all incidents to management
- Drive residents to and from scheduled appointments
Qualifications:
- One (1) year maintenance
- Must have a clean driving record
- Possess a general understanding of OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Must enjoy working with seniors
- Must be able to Drive a Van
- Must have worked in a SNF (Required)

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
