Rosenberg’s Bagels and Delicatessen is looking for a reliable, and experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician that will support our stores and to our wholesale clients with all repairs and maintenance requests needed.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, fix, and repair issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

- Able to executive basic carpentry and finish work
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to interact with employees and address their concerns
- Leadership abilities to supervise and guide maintenance staff
- Proficiency in maintaining electrical systems, including working with logic controllers
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Welding skills for minor repairs or modifications
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

-This is a retainer and on call position for as needed repairs.
