*HVAC AND EPA UNIVERSAL CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED* (CPO CERTIFICATION A PLUS)
PAY RATE COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE - $22.00 - $25.00/hr

Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm
Essential Function of Position
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of residential properties. This role involves performing various tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the properties, as well as responding to maintenance requests from residents in a timely and efficient manner.
