Full-Time Legal Assistant needed for Personal Injury/Criminal law firm. Pay will range from $15-$18 with the potential for weekly and yearly performance bonuses.

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Answering and returning phone calls

· Send contracts

· Check emails and faxes

· Check and Push for acceptance of liability of PI cases

· Call clients with updates

· Call civil law clients about court dates and appearances

· Gather bills and records

· Pull crash reports

· Prepare and Send Reductions, LORs/LOPs

· Enter tasks during meetings

· Get Declarations pages from new and existing clients

· Gather evidence

· Handle Property Damage Claims

· Draft small demands

· Make Insurance claims for new PI clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
