Our office is currently looking for personnel in the Southwest area of Houston that is able to start working with us ASAP.

- This is a full-time position. Monday – Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm & Saturday 9:00am – 2:00pm

Responsibilities:
1- Assist attorneys and paralegals with legal research and drafting of legal documents
2- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of case files
3- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
4- Perform document management tasks, including organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
5- Conduct research using legal databases such as Cerenade- USCIS forms.
6- Assist with the preparation of trial exhibits and other materials for court proceedings
7- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed

Qualifications:
8- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
9- Previous experience working as a legal clerk or in a similar role is preferred
10- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel advanced, PowerPoint, Canvas, QuickBooks, Social Media business experience, Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
11- Familiarity with legal research tools such as Cerenade- USCIS (preferably)
12- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
13- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
14- Excellent organizational and time management skills
15- Strong written and verbal communication skills, English – Spanish
