Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Representative. As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new members and maintaining strong relationships with existing members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Meet with prospective members to understand their needs and explain the benefits of our membership program
- Present product demonstrations and provide information on pricing, features, and benefits
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or technical sales
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
- Previous experience in account management is a plus
- Knowledge of technology sales is an advantage
