The Membership Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting with administrative and sales support tasks relating to Membership, this position also provides support for the Club Manager and the club's executive offices as directed.
Day-to-Day:
- Preparation of weekly sales and membership reports as required by the accounting department.
- Update Member Pride with new member information as needed.
- Assist in maintaining membership files according to policies and standards set by the company - ensure the completion of all required forms for each file.
- Initiate requests for and distribute new member cards, membership resignations, and any resulting refunds.
- In the absence of the Membership Sales Director, meet with prospects, obtain information, answer questions, and give club tours.
About You:
- Computer knowledge, comfortable learning new programs/systems. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and prefer some knowledge in CRM (SalesForce).
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2-3 years of office experience required. Sales background preferred.
- 4-year degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation: $30.00 hourly rate, commensurate with experience; Benefits; Club Perks!
