Summary
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will effectively promote The Center Club's online presence through social media campaigns, email marketing strategies and impactful event promotions. Your focus will be directed towards increasing brand awareness, membership enticement and maximizing event participation.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute compelling marketing strategies for events, membership, and event facilities.
- Analyze market trends and member behavior to contribute to effective marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the Membership & Marketing Director to establish strategic calendars and presentations.
- Maintain consistent and engaging email content, showcasing event details and value beyond promotions.
- Develop and manage our social media strategy, producing attention-grabbing text, image, and video content.
- Curate live content during events, fostering excitement and engagement across platforms.
- Ensure a unified brand voice and message across different social channels.
- Maintain and update web content as needed, collaborating with external developers when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with developing successful social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in photography and videography for compelling content creation.
- Strong, professional written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft and Adobe tools.
- Experience with social media monitoring and analytic tools.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Flexibility to attend evening and weekend events.
- Creative mindset to craft unique campaign messaging.
- Basic web design knowledge.
