Job Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Duties:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate workers compensation claims and assist with the management of workplace injuries
- Communicate with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS Platform
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate applications and track hiring progress
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files
- Assist with talent management initiatives such as performance evaluations and employee development programs
- Support HR projects related to organization design, policy development, and contract management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Buisness Administration- Human Resources Management

- Three years of experience as a Human Resources Specialist

- Knowledge and Proficiency in Fiori, SAP Buisness and Management Software

- Ability to use Corner Stone on demand proficiently

- Microsoft Office (Word, EXCEL, Power Point) experience required

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Spanish

- Proficient in using HRIS systems
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Must be Bilingual
