We're a rapidly expanding wholesale distributor and multi-channel online retailer specializing in cutting-edge flashlights, headlamps, power banks, batteries, and chargers. With notable growth in our wholesale and B2B sales sectors, we're seeking a dedicated full-time sales assistant to join our wholesale team to manage our increasing volume and drive continuous expansion of our customer base.

This position compensation including both base pay and monthly commission pay. Also have to opportunity to grow into inside sales rep role in the future.

Responsibilities:

Manage Dropship platforms

• Update product catalog for various drop ship platforms
• Refresh inventory count for drop ship platforms
• Manage the deal booking for drop ship customers

Trade Show Support

• Prepare and reconcile trade show samples
• Book deals for team members when they are on the road or attending trade shows
• Research attendees, exhibitors and businesses near the trade show location for potential customers. Contact and schedule meetings when possible.
• Assist in trade show lead recording and follow up

Support Sales Activities

• Book small and/or frequent orders from transactional customers
• Lead generation and qualification for outbound sales
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create sales collateral and dealer newsletters
• Coordinate with the customer service team for dealer RMA handlings
• Additional tasks assigned by manager based on business needs

Qualifications:

• At least one year customer service or inside sales experience
• Organized and detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Skilled in office software, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good proficiency in conducting online research
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
