**Job Summary:** We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services - Assist guests with reservations and requests - Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them appropriately - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred - Strong communication skills with fluency in multiple languages a plus - Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures - Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous - Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling various phone systems - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position offers opportunities for career growth within the hospitality industry.
