Role Overview:
As the Regional Director for the East Coast, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our dental clinics in the region. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple clinics, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of exceptional patient care and employee engagement. This is a leadership position that requires strong strategic thinking, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to multiple dental clinics within the East Coast region.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing clinic workflows, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement regional growth strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic managers, dentists, and support staff to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent within the region to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and human resources, to drive overall business success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare or dental industry.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business results.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of dental industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
