**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a highly-organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our office operations run smoothly and efficiently, enabling us to provide the best service to our patients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently, overseeing scheduling, patient communications, and general office tasks.
- Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members. Developing team member competencies and handling performance reviews and promotions.
- Handling employee terminations as needed.
- Managing employee payroll.
- Supervising office staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed.
- Managing all performance statistics for the practice and team members. Troubleshooting poor performance and assisting and guiding the office to reach and exceed monthly and quarterly projections and goals.
- Managing and implementing scalable systems and training for creating efficiency in the practice.
- Coordinating with our chiropractors to ensure high-quality patient service and care.
- Complying with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
- Understanding and being able to perform all administrative roles in their charge, including but not limited to:
- Front desk patient scheduling and schedule management
- Health insurance competencies with patient benefit verifications, submissions, audits, and collections.
- Processing new patients and creating financial options and plans for Dr. recommended care plans including insurance benefits and out-of-pocket fees.
- Understanding the role of chiropractic assistants that you will be overseeing
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience as a Chiropractic office manager or similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and medical office procedures.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Zoom, EHR/EMR software.
