Temp to HireMonday - Friday7am - 3 : 30pm$17.00 / hourFollowing is a list of qualifications required for this position :
- Familiarity with purchasing & parts inventory.
- Efficiently manage incoming phone communications.
- Familiarity with purchasing & parts inventory.
- Accounts payables - check purchase orders and receipts for accuracy.
- Enter vendor bills.
- Customer service and parts billing.
- Check customer invoices for accuracy, scan and email to customers.
- Prepare monthly sales tax returns and submit to LA State and each parish.
Dress Code : Business Casual#insj Requirements : Must have HSD or GEDExperience in the industrial equipment industry.Experience in QuickBooks / Accounts PayableMust have a clear Drug Screen
