LMLC OPERATIONS LLC is Hiring an Executive Assistant Near Big Sky, MT

Lone Mountain Land Company (LMLC) was formed by private equity firm CrossHarbor Capital Partners (CrossHarbor) to manage the planning, entitlement, building, marketing, and sales of premier resort communities in and around Big Sky, Montana. In addition to real estate and development, we support world-class operations at Yellowstone Club, Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, Moonlight Basin, and Crazy Mountain Ranch.

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant position will primarily serve a critical role by assisting our Executive Team with high-level, personalized day-to-day administrative support. This position will also provide administrative support to members of the Investment Team. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, exercise good judgment, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Duties

  • Manage and maintain Executive Team calendars and daily schedules as requested.
  • Coordinate, confirm, and manage all Executive Team and Investment Team travel logistics and itineraries.
  • Plan and coordinate leadership and stakeholder events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Compose, format, and proofread letters, agendas, presentations, other documents and communications as assigned.
  • Attends meetings as requested and maintains meeting notes, agendas and follow-up action items.
  • Collaborate with Administrators in other teams at LMLC, CrossHarbor, and our clubs.
  • Prepare, code, and manage monthly expense reports.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects.
  • Coordinate meals as requested including catering for events, meetings, and events.

Skills

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Effective organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work independently while consistently meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Administration, Project Management, or other relevant discipline.
  • Previous administrative, executive assistant, or experience in a similar professional role required.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
