Overview LMI is seeking a Communications Specialist to work within an enterprise-wide Human Resources program in our customer's classified environment. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance; TS/SCI with polygraph preferred. Responsibilities * Responsible for reviewing and editing OHR communications for clarity, consistency, style, format, and organization, as well as grammar, word usage, spelling, and punctuation. * Design communications approach, develop communications products to support various communication vehicles, and implement communication plans. * Produce Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, or Journalism, and minimum experience * Minimum 7 years in communications or change management, marketing, journalism, advertising, or public affairs * Active TS/SCI clearance; TS/SCI with polygraph desired. * Ability to develop a variety of written and presentation-based work products and deliverables * Ability to work in a team-based environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint * Excellent analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills * Excellent customer relationship management skills * Management consulting experience desired
