Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Restaurant Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment. This position entails managing the employee team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, achieving financial targets, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to daily operations, inventory management, staff hiring and training, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
This is a full-time position with additional incentives to be discussed during the hiring process.
