Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Restaurant Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment. This position entails managing the employee team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, achieving financial targets, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to daily operations, inventory management, staff hiring and training, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

This is a full-time position with additional incentives to be discussed during the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant management and/or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, and reach overhead.
• Willingness to assist the General Manager in all aspects of successful restaurant operations.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to and from work.

Experience:

• Preferred: 1 year of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
