• Is a role model for the team with an active presence on the floor connecting with guests and supporting staff.
• Trains and recruits a team that represents Firmdale standards.
• Completes recordkeeping and paperwork to ensure restaurant operation, guest and employee satisfaction.

The Assistant Bar & Restaurant Manager brings the following talent and experience to the role:

• 2 years of food & beverage management experience fine dining or a luxury hotel.
• Proven success in managing an outstanding product and guest experiences.
