Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support related to a well-organized Human Resources Department. This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating human resources related functions; including, but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee status changes, and reporting. This position will work collaboratively with all members of Human Resources and support the Business Partner, Human Resources.

This position is located at Bassett Medical Center, Cooperstown, NY

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

• High school diploma, required.
• Associate's degree in related field, preferred.

Experience:

• 2 years experience in Human Resources, required.
• 2 years healthcare experience, preferred.

Skills:

• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, develop trust, sustain working relationships, and represent BHN positively in internal and external meetings.
• Strong telephone skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to, Word and Excel.
