160 Bed Long Term Care Facility, Come be part of a dynamic team of professionals.

Duties:

• Administer medications as directed

• Implementation of each resident plan of care.

• Maintaining an environment conducive to providing quality of care.

• Monitoring resident physical and psychological status-documents and reports concerns to supervising RN.

• Supervise and counsel direct care personnel assigned to unit.

Must possess a current NYS LPN license and a CPR Certification; must be able to work independently; position requires a weekend rotation.
