Reporting to the US HR Operations Manager, the HR Operations Coordinator will support the administration and execution of critical day-to-day operations for the US HR Function. Responsibilities will include: recruiting coordination, Talent Acquisition support, training for various HR initiatives and platforms, onboarding new hires, and payroll and benefits adminstration. This role will be expected to respond to general HR questions from employees and/or new hires and provide reporting and audit support, as needed. Supports day-to-day administration for the HR function including onboarding, payroll, benefits, recruiting, training, verifications of employment, and employee relations inquiries. Ensures that proper documentation is completed and various HR related processes are followed and executed. Answers general HR questions from employees. May assist with onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, time and attendance, training support or other general HR functions. Assists with data collection and analysis as needed for compliance, reporting and other projects. Supports annual HR processes and lifecycles. Assists with online and offline business process transactions that support the HR Ops function. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred At least 1 year of experience supporting HR, payroll, compensation or benefits Proficient in MS Office HRIS experience, Workday preferred Analytical skills Strong communication skills High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Our humble roots date back to 1927, where, in the back of a garage on Chicago’s northside, our founder, Edward Sundt, developed a small, fast-acting, protective fuse for use in sensitive test meters.
