Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have several years of experience and a proven track record of success leading a sales team to achieve targeted results. As Sales Manager , you must have a hands-on approach to leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales team. We are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and desk deals, possess excellent closing skills and train daily. Lexus or Highline experience is highly preferred. CDK experience is a plus!

Bonuses based on: Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Flat Rate Hours
Pay Range for this position is $108,000 to $145,000
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
