Job Duties include:

- Answering phones

-Customer and client support and problem resolution

-General office skills

-Schedule appointments, identify customer needs and assist with customer service.

-Establish and maintain client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

-Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service

-Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to succeed each and every day.

-#1 First and foremost; ability to work at a fast pace

-Working Mon-Friday 8am-5pm Saturdays 8am-12pm

-Basic computer skills

-Detail oriented and punctual

-Willing to learn about truck accessories

-Self-motivated

-Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with shop technicians
