Job Title: Financial Planner Administrative Assistant
Status: Full Time in North San Diego, CA; Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $58 - 67K annual salary, depending on experience

The Job Responsibilities –
This administrative position is full time, 40 hours per week
Key requirements –
· 2 years prior administrative experience preferably supporting an executive and working directly with clients; prior work in wealth management is highly desired
· 2 years of client service experience is required
· Experience with marketing for a business owner is highly desired
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365 – particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
· Strong computer aptitude: ability to learn new systems quickly
· Experience with CRM/Database systems is a plus (we use Redtail)
