We seek a Practice manager possessing expertise in clinical and rehabilitation case management and medical administration.
This position is responsible for vision clinical and rehabilitation utilization management and operational management of the Client Experience Team to promote the improvement of vision rehabilitation and clinical administration pathways that enhance cost effectiveness while ensuring service quality.
Primary duties include the management of Client Experience Case Management and Administrative Assistant team members and ensuring a high level of client service, quality, and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients with low vision throughout their journey.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services, Social Work, or a related field required.
Experience:
Prior management and leadership experience required.
4 years’ experience in the provision of rehabilitation and medical administration is preferred.
Demonstrated Knowledge and Skills:
Self-Starter with superior organizational skills; ability to multi-task, adapt to change, attention to detail, time management, and prioritize effectively.
Strong managerial, problem solving, and team-building skills and demonstrate ability to motivate and empower direct and indirect reports.
Excellent budgeting, fiscal management, data analysis, and business operations knowledge.
Expert level knowledge and expertise in utilizing client database systems.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a group.
Exhibit professional maturity, judgment, and objectivity.
Proven ability to be Empathetic and sensitivity towards the unique needs of individuals with low vision or blindness.
