```Duties```
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise staff members, providing ongoing guidance and support
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee the scheduling of staff members to ensure adequate coverage
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

```Experience```
- Proven experience in food service management
- Strong cash handling skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Experience in shift management is a plus
- Culinary background is a bonus
