```Duties```
- Assist the store manager in supervising and managing daily operations
- Oversee shift management and ensure smooth operation during assigned shifts
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability of products
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of phone etiquette
- Assist with wireless sales and actively engage with customers to meet sales targets
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms for product purchases
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide guidance and support as needed
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning to optimize store performance

```Experience```
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or similar role preferred
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of wireless sales industry and familiarity with related products and services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis
