Legal Billing Coordinator (AM Law 100 Firm)
Working Situation:
Law Firm - Hybrid (2 days in office)
Compensation:
$80-90k bonus
Role:
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing invoices from attorneys and outside vendors
- Tracking and managing budgets for legal projects
- Ensuring all billable time and expenses are accurately recorded and billed to clients
- Preparing and distributing detailed billing reports to attorneys and clients
- Communicating with clients regarding their bills and resolving any billing disputes
- Experience working in a legal billing role in a law firm required
- Knowledge of legal billing software such as Elite, Aderant, or Tabs
