Halo is looking for a Billing Coordinator who will be responsible for reviewing orders for accuracy, which entails research and resolution on pricing discrepancies and incorrect product quantity issues. They will be partnering with vendors and/or account executives regarding these inconsistencies, resulting in accurate and timely invoicing to our clients. As a crucial member of the Operations Department, this Billing Coordinator will ensure the invoicing process runs smoothly, impacting the financial operations of the organization.
