Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dental billing and coding, ensuring accurate and timely processing of Dental claims.

Responsibilities:
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors audit and correct patient charts
- Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies
- Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe
- Utilize knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10 coding principles
- Maintain patient billing records and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues
- Collaborate with medical staff to clarify diagnosis or obtain additional information

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in dental terminology and dental office procedures
- Experience with dental collection practices and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Strong understanding of insurance guidelines and requirements
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10 coding systems
- Experience in dental billing processes
- Understanding of dentall coding principles
