We have an immediate opening for a minimum 2 Year Associates individual with QuickBooks Accounts Receivable Experience
DenLine Uniforms ® is a Quincy Based 30-Year-Old Industry Leading Supplier of Disposable and Reusable PPE Lab Coats. Our PPE is used to protect employees working in “Incidental Splash” Non-Surgical Bloodborne Applications like Dental and Medical Labs...both mandated by OSHA.....
Accounts Receivable Associate will have the following primary responsibilities:
Ø Maintain Product Sell Price Files by Customer Type in QuickBooks
Ø Invoice Customer and Post Payments and Credits
Ø Follow-Up on Past Due Payments
Ø Monthly A/R Trail Balance
Ø Keep updated Electronic and/or Physical Order/Invoice Files to Meet Tax Laws
Create Sales Reports using Excel Database containing Customer Sales and Product Information.
The person we hire will have the following background of experience:
> 2 Year Associates Degree with emphasis on Math, Accounting and Computers.
> Experience with QuickBooks Order Entry, Invoicing and Posting Payments.
We use the “Manufacturing Accounting” Quickbooks Software (enables Price Levels by Customer Type, etc.).
> Experience using QuickBooks to develop Sales Reports
> Experience using Excel to load Products and Prices into QuickBooks
> MS Office (Word) and Outlook for E-Mail.
Full Time Hourly Position 40 Hours Weekly, 8-5 M-F
Office Location 301 Oak Street, Quincy, IL
Wages Competitive Hourly Rate plus Quarterly Performance Bonus.

Ø Vacation after 1 year of service/ consideration given for employees that currently have vacation in excess of 1 week. 2 Weeks after 3 Years of Service.

Ø 401K 100% Company Paid, with Company matching employees deferrals to 4% of total annual earnings.
Other Considerations
> Employees hired subject to Company Paid Physical and Drug Screen. Must pass a 12 Panel Drug screen, which includes Cannabis.
> Must provide satisfactory prior employment references.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
