Clark Hill is Hiring a Legal Recruitment Coordinator Near Chicago, IL

Clark Hill PLC is hiring a Legal Recruitment Coordinator for its Chicago or Dallas office. This individual will support the firm-wide Legal Recruitment team on all recruitment efforts, including but not limited to handling administrative tasks related to the hiring of attorneys, paralegals, summer associates, and law clerks. Tasks include scheduling interviews, collecting and organizing candidate materials and post-interview feedback, drafting offer letters, coordinating onboarding, serving as a contact for applicants and external recruiters, and preparing external recruiter fee agreements. This individual will also be responsible for supporting the law student on-campus interview (OCI) process and the firm’s summer associate program, including assisting with social events, training sessions, orientation, the work assignment and feedback processes, and the review process. Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will be a team player who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a detail-oriented professional services environment. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of recruiting, HR, or similar experience. Computer proficiency is required and knowledge of applicant tracking/HRM systems, such as ViRecruit and Workday, is preferred.
The salary range at the time of posting is $45,000-55,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
