Description:

Manage the on-line job posting system, resume referrals, on campus interview schedules, tracks placement activity, and generates reports. The coordination of Career Center events includes employer information sessions, networking events, site visits, and career fairs. This position provides the management of student ambassadors who prepare candidates for career related activities.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordination and administration of the on-line job posting system. Monitor and disseminate application deadlines of various employers in a timely manner

• Assist with the logistics of on-campus recruiting including creating interview schedules, student outreach, accommodating interviews and recruiters during their on-campus visits

• Complies student resumes for open employment opportunities

• Manage day-to-day office operations. Interview, hire, orient, lead, mentor and evaluate staff to meet departmental and organizations needs

• Coordinate corporate visits, office hours, classroom visits, and information sessions

• Track placement activity and creates reports

• Assists with career related programs including: Internship Prep Series, Resume Expo, Mock Interview and 4Alumni 4U. Collaborates with student organizations to facilitate the Chicago business community on campus

• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree.
