Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Tukwila, WA

Job Description:LHH is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Tukwila, WA. The SDR will play a crucial role in our sales process by identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. This position requires a go-getter attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential customers through various prospecting techniques including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Initiate outbound contact with potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up and engagement with prospects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
