Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Conduct job interviews, screen resumes, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary information about company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Oversee payroll functions, including processing, reviewing, and verifying employee time and attendance.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
• Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution, promoting a positive work environment.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Educate employees about available benefits and assist with enrollment processes.
• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance.
• Support professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• 3 years of experience in HR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
• Knowledge of employment law.
