LHH is seeking an entry level HR Specialist for their client in New Johnsonville, TN. The ideal candidate will be assist the HR Manager with recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence.
Compensation includes base salary of $50K-$65K. Medical, dental, vision, 401K match, company paid holidays, and vacation time are available.
Responsibilities
Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding efforts
Help with overseeing full-cycle of recruitment efforts
As needed, provide guidance to managers regarding HR policy and procedures
Assist with maintaining and processing unemployment notices and potential charges
Employee relations to include monitoring employee performance as well as employee recognition
Help to enforce compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
1 years' of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
MUST have experience working within a manufacturing environment
