LHH is currently partnering with a well-known non profit in the Washington, DC area looking to bring on an Executive Assistant for long term temp contract with the potential to be brought on permanent. The contract will begin ASAP. The position requires 5 days a week onsite. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of strong Executive Administrative support with c-suite level experience. The hourly pay for the position is between $24-$30 hour based on experience. The role will support an executives along assisting additional team members and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities:
· Calendar management for executives
· Aid executive in preparing for meetings
· Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
· Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
· Administrative support
· Manage schedule/calendar/travel
· Manage proofreading and editing of documents
· Support a wide-range of administrative related tasks
· Answer and transfer calls
· Perform calendar management
· Coordinate meetings
· Update and maintain database
· Process mail
· Manage requests
· Order and maintain supplies
Qualifications:
· 3 years of administrative support experience
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
· Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
· Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, PowerPoint)
