A Non-Profit client of LHH is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. In this role, you will be providing exceptional support in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure positive relationship building in a high-volume call setting.
Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service while handling inbound and outbound calls to donors.
Be extremely detail oriented, organized, and thorough when recording data.
Effectively complete tasks while moving between computer and manual processes.
Identify potential opportunities in donors for increased engagement.
Build and maintain positive relationships within non-profit community.
Qualifications :
2 years of Customer Service experience preferred
Salesforce knowledge a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

$19-21 / hr, depending on experience
