Role: Application Support Engineer.
Location: Atlanta GA (hybrid) from DAY 1
Job Description / Skills required:
6 years of Software development/ Application support experence
PCF/K8S knowledge
Splunk, Grafana
Understanding of REST/ SOAP APIs
Strong knowledge on Tier 1 support (production issues and Non-Production issues)
Hands-on coding with one of the open-source tools for Automation, Innovation.
Able to quickly analyze and find the root cause of issues and suggest for a fix/improvement
Contribute/ develop Java/Spring boot application, Slack BOT, Splunk dashboards, alerts as needed to improve the customer experience.
Desirable:
Telecom domain experience/ knowledge
Experience in Order management/ Sterling suite
Development Experience Java, Python
Soft Skills
Good Communication skills
Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-driven and out-of-box thinking
