- Role & Responsibility:
- Management, Continuity & Improvement of Java based applications
- Manage day-2-day Operations support & resolve P1/P2 Situations
- Drive and Own critical Enhancements & New developments
- Coordination with offshore team on development and Support Activities
- Identify manual processes and deploy Automation Solutions within Java framework.
- Propose Product Improvement ideas & implement the plans
- Incident reduction through effective Problem Management
- Delivery Status reporting to Customer pertaining to his Business Application area ..
- Skills & Experience
- Must have min. 8-10 years of Development & Support skills in Java/J2EE/Web Technologies/API/Database/AWS based business applications.
- Must have worked in Support environment and managed P1/P2 Incidents.
- Must have excellent problem analytical skills to perform RCA and Solutioning.
- Must have good working experience in Agile Delivery (delivered critical Enhancements and Bug-fixes related to Java Applications)
- Experienced in Emergency/Adhoc deployments to ensure business disruptions are minimised,
- Must have done Problem Management with targeted ticket elimination QoQ,
