NIGHT SERVICE MANAGER - (Roving position) Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Lewis Apartment Communities is actively recruiting for a full-time, personable and responsible individual for the important position of Night Service Manager for three beautiful Lewis-owned communities in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca.
This full-time night-hours career (8-hour shifts 5:30pm-2:30am) will provide supervision of a large Lewis-owned apartment community by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive, proactive manner. Duties will include monitoring the community clubhouse and property perimeter, as well as the amenities/pool areas and parking lots/spaces.
Property patrols, parking enforcement, minor maintenance repairs, and an overall "customer service-first approach" will be just part of your new career's responsibilities.
Qualifications for your success:
- Previous military, public safety, law enforcement, and/or some form of management experience highly preferred
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Ability to self-supervise and work independently
- Providing excellent customer service to Lewis residents and guests
- Valid CA driver’s license and insurance required
- Drug screen and background performed upon hire
