The Case Manager is responsible for coordinating all care and supporting all office processes for a caseload of clients. This includes scheduling, maintaining updated documents and insurance authorizations, ensuring proper utilization of services, and conducting follow ups to ensure quality of services. The successful candidate will join a small team in a professional and warm environment. This position has opportunity for growth as the company is rapidly expanding.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Obtain all necessary documentation from clients, ensure documentation is kept up to date
· Set up new clients on EMR system
· Ensure active insurance coverage
· Confirm schedules between clients and providers
· Schedule appointments on EMR system
· Manage client’s schedules, ensure Behavior Technicians are keeping to their regular schedules and not going over the authorized hours, manage cancellations and rescheduling
· Monitor appointments, and ensure providers are taking data and converting timesheets in a timely manner
· Monitor utilization of hours and alert billing department to any issues
· Monitor authorizations expiring
· Acts as liaison with parents RBTs and BCBAs to ensure satisfaction and quality of service
· Oversees and supports clients throughout services with Level Ahead
